What payment methods do you take? 

Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Cash app, Zelle


What do I need to do before the Fresh Start technician arrives?

Please text or email your full address including gate code 24 hours before your appointment. If your community is guarded please call us in 24 hours before your appointment. We will text to confirm your appointment at least an hour prior to arrival. Move furniture and items off of floors. We can clean around the items you can't move. You can vacuum right before we arrive or we can do it for you. If you have pets or kids we recommend vacuuming yourself, then letting us do it again.


How long will it take to clean my floors?

Anywhere from 30 minutes per room to an hour and a half. New carpets with no kids or pets in the home take the least amount of time. Older tile floors in a busy home take the longest. We cannot guarantee a timeframe on cleaning, but we can promise that we will give your floors a fresh start.


Parking
Please leave a space in your driveway closest to the entry of your home for our vehicle. If you're in an apartment text us where to park before arrival.


 How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Unlike traditional steam cleaning where your carpets may take 1-2 days to dry, our process dries in 1-2 hours. Preventing mold, loosening of the carpets and other potential problems.


Do you guarantee removal of all spots, stains, or odors in the carpet/flooring?

We cannot guarantee that we can remove all spots or stains, or odors. There are substances that can permanently ruin carpet fibers and other flooring. The age and type of the flooring also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but it is not always possible to do so.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?

No. You can give us access to a hidden key or code, and we can take a credit card payment over the phone, via PayPal, Cash app, or Zelle after cleaning. We can take before and after pictures for you and text them to you. If you provide us with an email address we can email you an invoice or leave your a paper receipt and text you a picture of it.


Are your product and method safe?

Yes. Most of our cleaners are citrus, menthol, and hydrogen peroxide based.
